At Welo Data, you’ll help improve how AI understands human speech—contributing to real-world voice and language systems used every day.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Work with audio and speech data (listen, transcribe, label, and tag)
- Support AI systems by ensuring data is accurate and high-quality
- Follow clear, structured guidelines for consistency
- Handle repetitive tasks with strong attention to detail
- Collaborate with your team and raise questions when needed
What We’re Looking For
- Native-level Croatian fluency
- Strong written communication skills
- Experience in data labeling/content work OR a Bachelor’s degree
- Detail-oriented and comfortable with structured, repetitive work
- Able to work full-time onsite
- U.S. work authorization (no sponsorship)
